Staying here was a great decision! the hotel is situated in a convenient area with plenty of malls nearby, and a convenient store just a short walk away. Although the room size may not be as big as other hotels, it was clean and comfortable. the bathroom was also well-maintained with no signs of dead bugs or uncleanliness. the staff provided impeccable service and were always available to assist with anything. breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel could improve on its phone customer service.

We stayed here to visit sacc mall, located near to the hotel. You can also visit Restoran Hatinie that offers excellent meals. Location, easy walk to all attractions. We greatly enjoyed shah alam business.

I recently had a city break at this hotel and overall, my experience was pretty good. One of the things I liked the most was the friendly and attentive staff. They made me feel welcome since the moment I arrived and were always willing to help me with anything I needed. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Another advantage of this hotel was its central location, it was easy to find and there were plenty of attractions and activities to discover just a few meters away.
the noise level from the street and corridor were quite high, which made it challenging to have a good night's sleep.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. We loved the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff was accommodating and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, which we enjoyed on the balcony that offered breathtaking views of the city. the hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist spots and public transportation.
Although we had a great time at the hotel, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The staff was sometimes slow to respond to our requests, and the breakfast options were limited.
